Gregor
Foster in BristolMeet Gregor, a sweet, sometimes shy but very playful 14 week old kitten. Gregor didn't have the best start in life as he was bought from a breeder, landed in a noisy flat with two kids and spent two weeks hiding under the sofa. We fostered him to give him a calm, loving environment and he has really transformed from the scared boy that arrived. He is obsessed with his wand toy, is full of energy and always up for a play. Whenever we touch him he purrs within seconds and he is really starting to trust humans more. He's got the cutest high pitched meow and loves his food and treats. We have loved fostering Gregor and are going to miss him so much.We think an ideal home for him would be with calm older children (10+) that understand his boundaries and will give him lots of love and play time. We've never seen him with another cat but we do think another young cat to play with would do him the world of good, to show him the ropes and bring him further out of himself. He is very shy with strangers but we know that with patience, love and kindness Gregor will be the most wonderful family pet.Had first vaccination, chipped with 5 weeks free insurance. Please mail [email protected] with your address and a contact number if you can offer this sweet little dude, who's doing his very best to be a big brave puddy, his forever home.Mr Jinks
Foster in BristolMeet Mr. Jinks – A Cat with a Personality All His Own! 🖤🤍Mr. Jinks might give you a grumpy look now and then, but it’s all part of his charm that will make you laugh! This cheeky fellow knows exactly what he likes: stick toys to chase, cheek rubs, and just enough food to satisfy him (although most of his belly consists of the primordial pouch, which gets bigger with age, it could still do with a little slimming). He’s not one for constant cuddles, but when he’s in the mood, you’ll know it. He even has a soft spot for bathroom bonding time! Despite his age, he’s still sharp as a tack and loves a good interactive toy. Clicker training could be a fun way to keep his mind busy. He's also quite the conversationalist, offering a cheerful chirp when he’s happy or dreaming, and a short, sassy meow when he’s not impressed or wants something. Whether he’s chatting or making a point, Mr. Jinks definitely knows how to communicate!Having always been an outdoor cat, Mr. Jinks loves time outside, so he’ll thrive in a home away from busy roads where he can roam and explore. He could even be a great barn cat; he definitely would love chasing mice.. Independent as ever, he enjoys his freedom but is more than happy to return indoors for some company. He’s not a fan of the carrier (expect a bit of drama there, and he may need sedation for vet trips), so his new owner will need a patient, understanding approach—but the effort will be well worth it!Mr. Jinks isn’t one to demand constant attention, but when he chooses to spend time with you, it’s a real treat. You’ll feel extra loved when he joins you, whether it’s for a bit of playtime, chilling in the same room, or snuggling up in bed at night. He’s content a lot of the time doing his own thing, but when he’s around, you’ll be the special person he trusts to give him the retirement years he truly deserves.10 yrs, neutered, chipped, had first vaccination plus 5 weeks free insurance. If you like your cats with a bit of sass and character then mail us at [email protected]with your address and a contact number :)Ellie
Foster in WalesThis gorgeous little lady turned up as a timid stray and, when no owner could be found, her finder kindly made it her mission to win her trust and paid for her to be neutered, chipped and vaccinated but unfortunately can't keep her permanently. This beautiful dainty little cat needs bags of love and an abundance of kindness and patience. She is very pretty and resembles an illustration from a Beatrix Potter book! She is very nervous and still wary of new people, so needs a quiet furever home where she can relax. Due to sometimes being "reactive" she should only be housed in a pet-free, child-free environment.Ellie loves the comfort of snuggling into soft blankets on which she then loves to make lots of biscuits! She's a real little sweetheart once she gains a person's trust and loves sleeping next to her fur pawrent, on the bed; alternatively she will be happy cuddling into a cushion on a window ledge or such like.Apparently she also likes Welsh songs being sung to her but this isn't compulsory (cath fach arbenig) 🤣 She is quite content to be indoors but does like to go out sometimes, so a safe enclosed garden/catio away from busy roads would be lovely.Ellie doesn’t like being overfussed, affection is on her terms ..and she's not crazy about being picked up. She has a small appetite and tends to eat from a slow feeder throughout the day. She enjoys Whiskas mixed variety food and tuna and Dreamies are a must!Any owners must have the time and patience to devote to this little one who, above all, needs lots of love and stability, which she so desperately deserves. She will be a very rewarding little project puss who will bond strongly with her hoomans - these shy babies always do :)Around 8 yrs old Ellie is currently with her finder in Bridgend- please mail us at [email protected] with your address and a contact number if you can offer the safe haven that Ellie needs.Bella and Grady
Foster in BristolThese gorgeous babies come from the same place as mamas Lulu and Lily and are living un-neutered and unfed, just left outside by their hoarder "owner". Luckily several neighbours look out for them, feed them and kindly let them into their homes. Unfortunately we have no idea how many more there are especially as the, already pregnant again, superbreeder matriarch of the colony has now disappeared. Hopefully someone else has taken her in 🤞Bella (black&white) and Grady (grey&white) are a loving (and mischievous) pair of 7 month old kittens. These siblings must stay together as they love cuddling up together as well as chasing each other and play fighting when they are not snoozing. With bundles of energy, they would love a new family who will play with them lots - dangle string, throw balls, provide cardboard boxes etc - at least until they are allowed to explore a new garden, where they are highly likely to impress with their attempts to hunt.Previously, they adopted a home with a young child but can get overexcited when playing, so may suit a new home with older children who understand how to play on their terms and aren’t bothered about trying to pick them up (which they are not very keen on). Once you have gained their trust – fed them, showed them their routine, they are likely to require the services of your lap for down time, especially if there’s a blanket on offer. Grady in particular likes to trap you down until he’s ready for his next meal or zoomies time! They're used to being outside so need a garden away from busy roads/catio to keep them safe.P.S. if you like to leave food out and find it still there later, these two may not be the match for you. They will have you believe they haven’t been fed and attempt to share all your food so will need a watchful eye to ensure they keep to their own food and stay healthy. Bella can have a sensitive tummy if she gets very stressed, which has been easily managed but is best prevented where possible.Neutered, chipped, vaccinated with 5 weeks free insurance. These little waifs and strays would love a proper owner for the first time in their lives - please mail us at [email protected] with your address and a contact number if that could be you :)Binx
Foster in Bristol, ReservedBinx is the final puss from Twinkle, Star, Pixie, Doris and Dandy's friendly floofy colony - only the elusive babydaddy to get now! This gorgeous dude is around 1 yr old and, though shy and uncertain to begin with, once he knows you he's full of energy and love. He's not long learned to play with toys and he can get a bit overexcited by all these shiny, bouncy, fab new things so you may have to watch your fingers! He's still a bit of a scaredy cat with strangers but he loves his cuddles and is a bit of a drooler in his new found contentment - he doesn't do anything by halves! He's used to other cats so an existing friendly puss in the home is a definite possibility.A quieter home would suit him plus a garden away from busy roads/catio to keep him safe.Neutered, chipped, first vaccination plus 5 weeks free insurance. If this flooftastic fuzzbutt is the one for you, drop us an email with your address and a contact number to [email protected]. Thank you :)Manuel
Foster in BristolHola!Handsome tuxedo gent Manuel was born in a bush 3 years ago and he and his siblings came into the world tangled up in their umbilical cords, but our trusty vet managed to save his life, though poor Manuel had to have a hind leg removed. The vet's name? Manuel – so you can guess where our boy got his name from!Unfortunately, in his 3 years with his initial home, he had developed a habit of biting to get his own way. His family simply tolerated this, until a (human) baby came along and he ended up back with us.However, thanks to consistent behaviour management from the outset in his foster home, he hasn't bitten once, so it has to have been some kind of issue in his environment previously. After a couple of days of uttering some fairly choice words whenever his foster mum went in to see him, he soon worked out it was going to have zero effect other than him being ignored! By day 3, he'd started approaching to ask politely for attention, and now, only 3 weeks in, he's the friendliest, purriest love-bug you could imagine. His first visit to the vet saw him seduce everyone there, lapping up all the fuss everyone offered.Given his situation and his history, we'd like his new home to be able to offer him a few things:– Because he's not very mobile with only one hind leg, he'll need to live either indoors, or ideally with a catio or cat-proof garden where he can't escape and get stuck somewhere.– Although he's shown no signs of aggression with us, we'd like to rehome him where there are no children, or older children only.– His new humans will need to continue with the consistent reinforcement that good behaviour = attention and treats; rudeness = getting ignored!– If you have valuable or breakable ornaments, you may want to pop the somewhere safe; he's not the most graceful, bless him…– He's really enjoyed having a playmate in his foster mum's 9 month old kitten so would probably like another gentle cat for company. He doesn't seem worried by his foster mum's ancient spaniel either, so a very calm dog would also be OK.Neutered, chipped, vaccinated with 5 weeks free insurance, he's all dressed up with nowhere to go so ping us an email with your address and a contact number :)Garfield
Foster in Bristol, Reserved🎃👻Another spooktacular little void👻🎃Meet Garfield, or Garf for short, a lively 2-year-old with a gentle spirit.Even though he's a tripawd, Garfield remains upbeat and enjoys zoomies, playing, and chasing his little mouse toy companion he recently befriended in foster care. His missing leg doesn't faze him one iota. When Garfield first arrived, he was quite shy and would hide behind the TV stand. However, with plenty of treats and playtime, he soon came out of his shell.Garfield adores cuddles, belly rubs, playing with his mouse, and he loves being spoiled with treats—this is his secret to an endless supply of purrs. He meows gently to let you know when he’s hungry, which is very endearing.Despite his bouncy nature, Garfield is gentle and doesn’t bite or scratch. He would be the perfect family cat and he's lived with other moggies happily. His feline friend has arrived pregnant so she needs to stay behind - he's not the babydaddy as he lost his trouble nuggets a while ago!!He'd love a garden away from busy roads/catio to keep him safe.Neutered, chipped, vaccinated with 5 weeks free insurance.Mail us at [email protected] with your address and a contact number if you'd like to get familiar with this little witch's cat :)Pardon and Luna
Foster in Bristol, ReservedIndoor home/catio/cat-proof garden needed for two gorgeous dudes 🧡🤍These two friendly boys haven’t had much fun the past few months, having been abandoned in a car park near a mega busy road, along with other siblings when their owner moved away. Even when she was there, they were just left ouside un-neutered and unchipped and one, sadly, was killed by a car. Luckily local residents cared enough to come to their aid and feed them before they could finally be brought into foster.Pardon (blue eyed white) is so named because he is deaf!Weighing in at 5.1kg, this big fluffy boy likes to look out of the window and just chill out. He has a rather large appetite and can get quite vocal when it is close to feeding time.Luna (ginger/ white) and just a jot smaller at 4.9kg is the shyer of the two but very sweet. He is quite protective of his big brother and likes to keep an eye out for him. He likes to play and is happy chasing the laser pen and cat toys. These two inseparable boys come as a pair as they are very close and look after each other. They're about two years old and would love a quieter home with a bit of patience and understanding of Pardon's deafness eg he shouldn't be startled awake from one of his many cat naps!We think they have a touch of Persian and are just the nicest cats, fine with others, and would love a catio if possible.Neutered, chipped, had first vaccination and come with the usual 5 weeks free insurance.Ping us an email to [email protected], with your address and a contact number, if you're lacking some cloud-soft cuddles.
