Millie

Madam Millie is looking for an indoor home 💜

When Millie was surrendered to us it was obvious she had a few medical issues which had been left untreated 🙁
She’s 14 and looking to spend her golden years loved and spoiled with someone happy to give her meds twice a day (paid for by BWCR!)
Millie is a little sweetheart who came from a home with 2 other cats and is now loving being the Queen of the house. She likes ruling over her kingdom sitting on her favourite throne – a warm comfy lap.
She is very talkative: greets me after work every day when coming down the stairs “asking” how my day was, likes reminding me when I’m late to feed her, and follows me around asking for fuss, which she can’t get enough of. She doesn’t really want to play with any toys – she much prefers getting scritches.
She does need to be the only cat in the house – she really dislikes it when the neighbourhood cats show up in the back garden! She’d also want to be away from young children as she doesn’t like to be fussed around her rear end due to arthritis. She loves a sunny windowsill and has no interest in going outside at all even when presented with an open door.
She has an old scar on one eye which makes her look very cutely cross-eyed and is on Metacam daily for arthritis (it goes on her food).  She’s also hyperthyroid and just needs a squirt of Thyronorm in her mouth twice daily. BWCR will cover the costs of her meds and regular check ups at Fernlea vets in Kingswood and Hanham.
We just want to get her in her own home with someone who will cherish her.
Neutered,  chipped,  vaccinated plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance.
