Tinky has been living with us for a few months now, and has settled in really well. She is such a lovely cat, and still very playful for a 2 year old! The house is full of cat toys and she loves it! Ping pong balls are her favourite. She is often heard chasing them around the house.
Tinky has such a lovely personality, and has some very cute traits. She likes to announce when she is home, and so will walk into the room we are in and meow 3 times, just so we know she’s back. She loves to be stroked, and to be next to us, but is not keen on being a lap cat. She prefers to lean on us instead. She purrs a lot – and with one of the loudest purrs I have ever heard! She is like a little freight train.
And she is such a little food monster! She will eat anything! We discovered she has no issue stealing food off your plates, and if she can see food, she will do her best to try and get it! Poor Mao (our other cat) has always been a nibbler and will leave food in her bowl for later. Sadly now, that food is gone when she returns, as Tinky eats all the food she finds, and so Mao seems to be eternally hungry.
We assume Tinky is happy here as she brings us endless presents – most of them alive and well, but not always! As you can see from the pictures, she is a contented little cat, happy and comfortable. Thank you so much for allowing us to give Tinky a home. Our little furry family is complete…….for now. 🙂
