Oreo is a loving chatty cat; he was owned by an overseas student who went home and couldn't take him. He is very food orientated, and let's you know when you're running late for his dinner. He likes playing with his toys and being in the same room as his foster parents, always trying to get his chin stroked. Oreo would be suited to a household who can provide him with lots of love and attention. He has a very calm, soft and patient nature. He's met older children and got along with them fine and doesn't seem to mind other cats. With his previous owner, he was happy to go on walks around the block, never far from his owner's side. A really affectionate lap cat with a big heart and vocal chords! 1 yr old, neutered, chipped, vaccinated plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance. • Jack and Salem

Need help with the decorating?! 💜💜
"Jack and Salem are like yin and yang. Jack is a huge white floof ball and is generally pretty chilled and spends as much time as he can cuddled up next to me in bed. Salem is a sleek jet black tinker, jumping up wherever he can (including on my shoulders) and finding new ways to open all the cupboards and see where I've moved the food so he can get his cheeky paws on it! Salem does also really like a good cuddle though and will come and snuggle up on the sofa. They are 2 years old so very playful and like to play together, taking it in turns to chase each other and on occasions can even be found cuddled up next to each other having a little groom so they definitely would like to stay together.
The vet remarked on how happy and chill they both are and everyone who meets them says aren't they such lovely cats! They settled in so quickly to foster, I'm going to miss them so much! Although Jack does like to boop me on the nose at 6am and my alarm doesn't go off until 7am so I might not miss that!
They came from a busy house that they found a bit overwhelming and over the past 6 weeks have got far less jumpy at sudden noises in my house with just me. They would definitely prefer a quieter household with no young children or other pets.
Jack in particular does give affectionate nips when he is having tummy tickles, generally he just holds your hand in his mouth but would make him less suitable for younger children.
Until now they have been indoors cats but both have definitely expressed an interest in going outside and have to be shooed back from the door to stop them having an explore so they would really enjoy a garden away from busy roads.
If you are looking for beautiful, affectionate cats with incredible personalities these two brothers are for you!"
Neutered, chipped,  vaccinated plus come with 5 weeks free insurance.
  • Missy

Missy momma cat looking for some spoiling 💜
When Missy arrived as a stray from Wales we had no idea she was carrying some precious cargo - 3 kittens later, she's so over being a milk bar and just wants a lovely home of her own.
"She came to us quite shy and spent a few days hiding behind the sofa, but then settled in quickly. She absolutely craves attention, loves face scratches (especially under the chin) and being brushed is her favourite thing! She was definitely more relaxed before the kittens arrived, and now I think she is just desperate for a quiet life again, and to be the one getting all the attention! She is a great work from home companion, and loves to be near me/sprawled across my desk…she’s used to being outdoors, and is very keen to get back outside again so needs a garden, away from busy roads,  to explore. She can be a talkative girl when she wants food or strokes!
She needs a peaceful home with no young children, and definitely needs to be the only cat."
About 2 yrs old and being vaccinated,  neutered and chipped in about 2 weeks time plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance.
  • Reggie

    Cutie pie Reggie 💜
Reggie loves human company and really enjoys to be fussed though finds little humans a bit overwhelming and can tell them off. He has an obsession with cardboard and will always chew it if he finds any!
He definitely wants to be top cat and tries to be the dominant one in a home with other cats so would be much happier in a home without other animals so he can be the king of his castle!
He does get on well though with any dogs that come around to visit.
He needs a quieter home with no young children and he loves to be outside so needs a garden away from busy roads.
2yrs old, neutered,  chipped,  vaccinated plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance.
Reggie is still with his owner as we have no foster spaces fee.
  • Pixie

Water baby looking for a new sink 💜 Well how do I describe Pixie - mad as a box of frogs probably covers it! . She is the one of the most beautiful cats I have ever met, about 18 months old. She loves her food but is a nibbler and tends to eat small amounts through the day. She is very friendly but also likes her own space and a sunny windowsill. She was stressed in her previous home with young children so needs a quieter home now with no other pets. She starved herself for 2 days when she first arrived but has since really come out of her shell. This cat is a true wonder of the world, she is a teenager of monumental proportions. She likes to bin dive and get on the side in the kitchen. She understands the word no but I often have to remove her from said bin and side. She has recently started playing properly. She absolutely loves the box I have got with holes in and spends ages getting the balls mice etc out and thoroughly trashes her room whilst playing. She loves a wool ball and charges all over the house, up and down the stairs etc chasing it to give it a good battering. She also loves catnip and hanging toys. She hunts through the bannisters and is an absolute devil on the stairs. - I wouldn't recommend her for those less agile! She also hunts toes, my 18 year old son is her plaything, the pair of them seem to be the same mental age, it's absolutely marvellous 🤣 She is totally unique and an absolute joy and has a particular fascination with taps and plugs. She loves to watch water coming out of the tap and then into the plughole ( it's magic you know, where does it come from and where does it go?) She is so determined that she barges into the bathroom in the morning, gets in the sink and cries for you to turn the tap on. She often puts her paw in the flow of water. She then spends a considerable amount of time examining the tap, plughole and the water, her nose goes right down the plughole. Honestly this is a new one on me but it's absolutely magic to watch. She looks at you in delight. In this house she gets a "clever girl" - we embrace the lunacy! She is a fabulous cat whose personality is really shining now she is truly settled. She is happy, friendly and fun. We will miss her but she is ready to go to a special home that will embrace her idiosyncrasies. Neutered, chipped, had first vaccination plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance. Are you ready to adopt a cat from Bristol & Wales Cat Rescue?
