Woody and Jessie

Woody and Jessie

We’re looking for a longterm foster for these lovely cats where BWCR support with medications and vet trips. Sadly their owners’ circumstances have changed hugely and they’re no longer able to give them the love and attention they deserve in their twilight years.

2 senior housecats are looking for a new home

Sadly, due to a change in our circumstances, we are seeking a new home for our furry family.
They love to have human company and have been indoor cats since birth – someone who works from home or is retired would be just perfect for them.
They are both fine with children, but not dogs or other cats!

They are neutered, microchipped and are up to date with all their vaccinations.
It is sad to have to let them go, but we feel it is in their best interest to have the full amount of love and attention we are sadly no longer able to give them.

Woody (Jessie’s Brother) 16 yrs, loves company but is not a lap cat. He loves head and chin rubs, and despite being the biggest, is the most timid. Once he gets to know and love you, he will happily lie next to you on the arm of the chair and just purr, looking at you lovingly.

Jessie (Woody’s sister) 16 yrs, is a diva and sees herself as queen of the house. She will try to steal Woody’s food by sticking her head in the lid as it is closing on the automatic feeder. She’s overweight due to this, so her food needs to be limited. She can be affectionate when she wants something and does like head and chin rubs. She will sit or lie next to you and purr loudly (she has a very loud purr!) She needs painkillers in the morning (plastic syringe into mouth which she doesn’t mind) due to arthritis in her back legs and lower spine, also a tablet for her joints ( powder into morning food) and one for her urinary tract (powder into her morning food).

If you can be the Andy in their Toy Story please mail us at [email protected] 🙂
