We thought you might like to see how well the beautiful Purdy (was Hendrix) is getting on.
She has been spayed, chipped and had her injections and is now happily roaming the garden. She obviously isn’t quite as brave as she makes out as, after 3 weeks of being allowed outside, she still has to run in every 10 minutes to check we are still here!
Her favourite pastimes are cuddles, sleeping and watching gerbil TV. We thought the novelty may have worn off by now, but she is still hooked, as you can see from the picture. Luckily our ‘girls’ are in a Purdy proof gerbilarium and are completely unconcerned by their biggest fan!!
Purdy is the most cuddly cat we have ever known and always has to sit between us on the sofa and is always on top of the bed purring when we wake up. As she hardly ever stops purring, we think she definitely has the right name.
Thank you so much for letting us adopt her. She had a very big hole to fill after losing our previous cat but she is just purrrfect!!
