George Porgy
Georgie Porgy is ready to rock and roll!
He just turned 11 on June 1st and cake was definitely not on the menu – this absolute unit of a cat has been so well loved and spoiled that he needs to lose a few pounds.
George was the apple of his owner’s eye and it shows in his gentle nature, his easy affection, and the way he seeks out his hoomans for affection..and all the air biscuits he makes in sheer contentment.
Now in foster care, George is adjusting to a quieter life, but it’s clear he craves more time with people than we can give him right now. He would blossom in a home where he can once again be someone’s world.
He’d like to be the only pet, has never lived with children but reckons he could probably cope with older ones – the more attention the better.
He’d love a garden away from busy roads to safely get his daily steps in to help him on his weight loss journey.
The vet wasn’t too hard on him but he does need a scale and polish – it’s not urgent and he’s a bit of an anaesthetic risk at the moment so BWCR will fund that at Fernlea vets when he’s back to his fighting weight.
Neutered, chipped, had first vaccination plus 5 weeks free insurance.
If you want to know who ate all the pies mail us at [email protected] with your address and a contact number 🙂
