  • Lucky and Max

    ,
Separate homes needed for these two who no longer get along.
    Lucky
A loveable old boy who has sadly not been so lucky after having to have his tail amputated due to a (non-malignant) tumour. Fortunately, Lucky recovered well and likes to spend his days snoozing in sunbeams sitting with foster mum and dad at the dinner table (politely waiting to be passed some human food!) and prompting you when it’s time for his next meal.
Lucky came into foster as a bit of a chonk (7kg!). He has lost over 1.5kg and his weight watching needs to continue as he will try and convince you that he's fading away to nothing and to give him 2nd and 3rd breakfasts!
He still has a lot of energy but prefers to spend his time with humans that can show him a great deal of love and affection.
    Max
A sweet natured gentleman who loves to cuddle up next to foster mum, he has even started to come downstairs to let her know that it is time for bed!
Max needs someone who will be patient with him, due to the loss of his previous owner, and stress of moving into three different homes, he has grown quite anxious of sudden noises, and new people, especially if he does not have a safe space to hide.
He has come on in leaps and bounds though and enjoys watching passersbys through the windows and venturing into new territory around the house!
Max feels more comfortable around women and needs to be the only cat in the household.
This lovely pair are 14 yrs, have always been indoor cats and are having very ungentlemanly scraps so definitely need separate homes.
Neutered, chipped, vaccinated plus come with 5 days free insurance.
  • Tiny

Meet Tiny, who is anything but !!
This rather handsome specimen with the cutest moustache has a lovely gentle, inquisitive personality. He is a little shy at first when meeting new people but, once he feels comfortable, he loves affection, being brushed and head butts. He has recently been neutered and yearns for outdoor adventures so needs a garden away from busy roads. . He can get a little spooked at times so a quieter home, maybe with older children who would understand his boundaries, would be his dream. He enjoys his food and loves his treats so can be easily bribed! With a little patience and lots of tender loving care Tiny would give so much pleasure in return. He would like to be the only pet as he wants all the fuss.
Just turned 3 yrs this week, neutered, chipped, vaccinated plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance.
  • Sable

    ,
This little Princess is Sable who purrs at the mere mention of her name and loves to curl up with fostermum to watch a bit of Netflix. She's about 4-5 months old and likes other cats, nice dogs and well-behaved children - she's a very social little girlie. At night she likes to sleep on the pillow by your head. She'll definitely need a garden away from busy roads as she's full of beans!
Neutered, chipped, vaccinated plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance.
  • Molly

🎶 Good golly Miss Molly 🎶
Molly is a playful 2 year old who is looking for new staff of the human kind (she gets a bit jealous of furry companions). She would like a chef, entertainer, lap provider and protector….
As a pure white cat, Molly is beautiful, but with her snowy appearance comes some responsibility - she will definitely need sun cream on her ears and cute little pink nose to prevent her getting skin cancer.
She loves company and to play chase and capture her ‘prey’. When tired, Molly likes to snooze near you and will sometimes treat you to a lap cuddle if you’re still. Molly is still very kitten like and would be better in a home with older children or just adults as she can change very quickly from wanting to play to letting you know she’s had enough!
She's not crazy about being picked up but will jump up and nuzzle you and give you nose boops. Unexpected noises still send her squeezing under the sofa but she is growing more confident all the time and can usually be bribed out quite quickly with treats!
She has lovely, odd coloured eyes and may well be deaf on the blue-eyed side but it's very hard to tell!
Neutered, chipped, vaccinated plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance.
She has one cracked tooth which the vets want to leave alone at the moment but, if it causes any issues, BWCR will fund the extraction at Fernlea vets.
  • Louie

    ,
A special home needed for a special boy 💜
Just before Louie turned 1 he was hit by a car and miraculously survived 25-30 skull fractures and multiple surgeries. Today Louie is a gentle healthy 6-year-old who is full of life, curiosity and love.
One eye, no teeth and permanent "Tongue out Tuesday" candidacy just enhancing his cheeky personality!
He often joins my work calls by climbing onto my lap wanting cuddles, winning my colleagues over while lovingly staring at me. He is just one big loving cuddlebug.
Visitors we like as that means more attention and extra hands to give cuddles.
Personal space does not exist in Louie’s world; he will have your pillow and be as close to you as possible.
Louie loves to cuddle, sleep, play and explore. And food! He would love to help eating your food so you need to keep an eye on edibles as he can only eat pate or mousse type food as he's unable to chew.
There's no hiding the fact - he is a messy eater! He has 3 meals a day and needs his face wiping each time otherwise he proceeds to groom himself and flick food everywhere.
In his previous home he could come and go as he pleased through the cat flap, and did his business in the outside world. While in foster care he has been using a litter tray and he likes the litter tray to be clean so having two until he can go outside would probably be a good idea. He's a fastidious little man and likes to be clean, he just needs a little help now :)
Louie needs a home that understands he needs a little extra help and the willingness to provide it. Adult-only and no other pets would be best to avoid him eating food he shouldn't and a garden away from busy roads as he's had more than enough of cars!
Neutered, chipped, vaccinated plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance. He has no ongoing medical issues from his accident.
