Another tortie and yet another unchipped stray 🖤🧡
She turned up in a lady’s garden, very shy and scared, and it took a few months to win her trust and, with no success finding her owner, she’s now come to us.
Suki is a gorgeous girlie looking for her furever home. Between 2-3 years old, whilst not yet a lap cat, she is very friendly and likes head bumps and strokes and will reward with a gentle purr. Shy at first, Suki appears to have a lovely temperament and likes a mix of company and her own space so will suit a home that has space for some quiet time for her (she currently spends a few hours a day under the bed), as well as people around so that she can seek them out when she chooses! After a few weeks with her foster family, she is beginning to play and would very much enjoy a garden away from busy roads/catio to keep her safe. She never fusses for food but does seem to enjoy a fishy treat. We don’t know what she’s like with other cats unfortunately.
We’re not sure if she’s spayed and the vets won’t open her up to check if bits are missing. There are no signs of recent pregnancy/kittens but if she does come into season, BWCR will pay for her to be spayed.

Kat and Cleo
Foster in Bristol, Reserved Devoted sisters 🖤🧡🤍
Kat is extremely friendly, outgoing, brave and adapts very quickly to new environments. She's so curious about everything! She's very cuddly and appreciates regular stroking and attention every few hours please. You'll need to be careful as she'll sneak through your legs and make a run for it if she sees an opportunity. She turns into a pocket rocket bouncing off walls about twice a day, especially in the evenings around 10pm! She's very cool and loves to be involved, enthusiastically sniffing and getting to know everything and everyone.
Kat helps bring Cleo out of her shell, but you'll need to be careful she doesn't overshadow Cleo as she is naturally more dominant and much more of an extrovert.
Cleo is a beautiful girlie, also very affectionate, has the loudest purr but she's quite timid to begin with. There's an initial trust building period - she was very shy and scared when she arrived and spent about 2 weeks under the bed. After lots of mutual slow blinking and conversation she suddenly jumped on my bed while I was in it and if I didn't move at all she'd stay but kept her distance. She soon became less jumpy though and, one evening, she fell asleep on me. In the morning I woke up to both Cleo and Kat staring at me and she's been fine ever since.
It's been wonderful watching her come out of her shell, realise she's safe and start to explore, play and pocket rocket together with her best friend!
About 7 months, they must stay together and Cleo will need time to settle. They'd love a garden away from busy roads/catio to keep them safe.

Milo and Nermal
Foster in Bristol Our kittens found living behind a shop are ready for rehoming ❤️ Mum did a great job of feeding her 6 tinies and keeping them safe but they needed trapping and were very scared when they arrived in foster. Mum has found herself a home with her fostermum and her first kittens needing a home are Milo and Nermal. Oh so cute and must stay together, they still need more socialisation - Nermal is still very shy, but is getting better every day, Milo is a little more outgoing. They love to cuddle up together on their radiator bed and really enjoy playing with feather teasers. They love lick e lix treats and it's easy to stroke them then so that's definitely the way to their hearts.
They would also benefit from a friendly existing puss to show them the ropes and some patient hoomans who are up for a little challenge. The rewards are huge though - nothing beats that first purr, that first snuggle! They'll need a garden away from busy roads/catio to keep the safe. Mittens and Dakota
Foster in Bristol, ReservedIndoor home needed for two shybabies
Mittens (Black/ white male 6y.o) and Dakota (Grey tabby female, 7yo)
This lovely pair were brought into foster when their owner sadly passed away. They've always been indoor cats so have been used to one home and human for all their lives and have found the experience just a tad overwhelming.
They would be best suited to a quiet home, with no young children and patience is the key with these two - it's best they're adopted with someone who can give them time to settle and continue their socialisation rather than them get too settled in foster only to be moved again.
Remember the three rule ✅️

3 months to really feel at home ❤️
They're very close and are always together so we won't split them.
Mittens has managed to settle in a little quicker. He will come out for some attention and occasionally sits on my lap and when he has had enough he will go back to his spot behind the settee. He’s not too interested in cat treats, however, he is very interested in my plants! He might appreciate some cat grass :)
Dakota has taken a little longer to settle in. She is much more wary and likes to watch from a distance. She will come to you for head scratches but only in short bursts. She prefers being on her own and doesn’t like a fuss... yet. She does love a cat treat and is happy when they are on offer so that's definitely the way to her heart. She doesn't like being picked up!
