A calm and affectionate pair looking for their second chance. Teddy 3yo, ginger with beautiful amber eyes and Mylo 4yo black-and-white with dapper whiskers, are two handsome boys quietly gaining confidence after a tough start. They’re not related but have lived together for a while and get along well, so looking for a forever home as a duo. Their original owner gave them up when circumstances made it difficult to care for them, and they’ve been slowly coming out of their shells since being in foster. When they first arrived, they hid away under the sofa — now Teddy happily comes up to demand endless scritches, and is well on his way to becoming a lap cat. Mylo is still a little reserved and prefers watching the world from the stairs, but becoming bolder by the day and has started approaching for strokes too. Mylo enjoys a little evening chatter, while Teddy tends to stay quiet. Their play style is mostly about chasing each other around the house rather than toys — though the laser pointer and feather wand also draws attention. Mylo can be vocal in the evenings, often chatting away as the day winds down; while Teddy’s quieter with a cute trill when he wants attention. They’re both a bit skittish with loud noises or sudden movement, so they’d do best in a calm home with a little patience as they continue to settle. We think with time they’ll be sure to grow in confidence. Affectionate, clean, and no trouble at all. They’ve always been indoor cats, but may enjoy safe outdoor access with catio or protectapet once settled. Little Ronnie was adopted by a family from a friend, only to find their child was severely allergic. So, at only 18 months, she's on her 3rd home, at least, already :( Ronnie is a beautiful young lady who is looking for a quiet home where she can thrive and be your best friend. She has shown interest in the outside world, and would love a safe garden or enclosed catio where she can explore, but if she has dedicated people, home a lot, to play with her a few times a day to burn off her kittenish energy, she could be suitable for an indoor home. While she remained elusive and incredibly skittish for the first week or two, over time she has really come into her element - she loves following us around, and her tiny trills to ask for playtime are a real joy. She is very relaxed when the home is quiet. She loves exploring every tiny little space she can and is deeply inquisitive - especially if she can get into a tight, hard to get back out again spot! However, her one true obsession is a bird toy that will be an essential purchase should you wish her to be yours - this is played several times a day, where she goes absolutely bonkers. While she is not yet a lap cat, I think in time with the right person she will be - she often comes to sit and snuggle on the sofa. She needs a home with no other pets, (as advised by her previous owner) and with older teens/adult only home to keep things calm.We therefore think she would be a great match for you if you work from home, in order to keep her company. Although she loves to have a couple of safe hiding spots, she will always be found snoozing in the same room as you once she is settled.
