Mac came into foster care in January after having been picked up as a stray. Yet another un-neutered, unchipped tom, he had clearly spent some time on the street, with a number of scars and broken teeth. However, Mac is a naturally soft and friendly fellow, never aggressive, and after a few weeks of recovery has transformed into a happy, healthy cat ready for adoption.
Mac is a simple man: his ideal day consists of eating, sleeping, and receiving attention. He likes to be stroked and to share a sofa in the evening, but is not a lap cat; he will however happily curl up with you at night and likes a lazy weekend morning being pampered in bed. Mac shows only intermittent interest in playing with his foster carers, sometimes chasing a ribbon, but often has more fun being left to play alone with his toys at his leisure. He has settled comfortably into a regular feeding pattern and will remind you if you’re late with his dinner – he can be very talkative!
When overstimulated (or sometimes just hungry) Mac has occasionally nipped his foster carers, and as such is not appropriate for a house with young children. However, with very few sharp teeth remaining after dental work, this usually feels more like a gummy kiss – we sometimes even think he might just be being affectionate.
He’d loved a garden away from busy roads and no other pets.
About 8 yrs old, neutered, chipped, vaccinated plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance.
