Florrie

Florrie

Beautiful Florrie is looking for her retirement home 💜

Florrie is 13 years old and came to us with her sister, unfortunately her sister was a bit of a bossy boots and dominated Florrie – now they’ve been separated they’re both much happier.
Florrie is starting to blossom, she is extremly affectionate and gives lots of loving head butts. If you love kissing cats foreheads she is the one for you, she enjoys it so much she will lower her head for more! Not yet a lap cat (her sister laid claim to laps) she will sit on the arm of the chair with you for hugs and kisses and next to you, often rolling onto her back for tummy rubs and, of course is always within arms reach on the bed at night!
Florrie has become my shadow and loves to watch my every move, she even tolerates the sound of the hairdryer so she can remain nearby. She loves to play, jumping for her feather toy and practising her hunting skills with her catnip toys.
Florrie used to go out in the garden and although she has shown no great desire to go out I think as she settles and grows in confidence she would like to in the future, at the moment she is happy to watch the world go by from the window. So a garden away from busy roads would be good though she probably won’t go far.
She was overweight but has slimmed down nicely with only a little bit more to lose.
I am told that she is good with children as her owner’s granddaughter was a regular visitor but as she has been so dominated by other cats she would now love to continue being an “only cat”. I will miss her very much!
Neutered, chipped, had first vaccination,  had a dental plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance.
