Carrot was found dumped in a box and thankfully handed into one of our vets by a good samaritan.
Introducing Carrot! This little ginger pocket rocket is approx 1 years old, he is a fun and playful cat who is interested in everything. He is well socialised, really loves playing chase with his toys (he is definitely a mouser!), is happy to be picked up and stroked, but sometimes forgets himself in the moment so he wouldn’t be suitable for younger children (under 10).
He is also very comfortable sleeping on your lap or having a cwtch before bedtime. He would thrive in a busy household with older children who understand how cats play. We are unsure of how he is with dogs but appears nervous when he hears them.
He would love a garden away from busy roads.

Flossie
Foster in Bristol Gorgeous grey girlie 
We were first alerted to Flossie over a year ago when she'd been hanging around a lady's garden for a few months - they couldn't find her owners and were happy to feed her. Fast forward to last month and their circumstances had changed and they asked us to take her in. She's chipped and we've tried her owner again but they're not answering calls from us or the vet, or any emails..
Flossie was very matted and needed some shaving but she's still a beautiful floof. Her fur is silky soft and she'll need regular grooming. She's a little timid and doesn't like other cats and needs a quieter home where she can settle at her own pace - she loves a fuss and likes to sit on a lap occasionally- she'd forgotten how good laps can be! She's a very gentle girlie and bright too. She'd like a garden way from busy roads but doesn't tend to wander far.

Fluffy
Foster in Bristol Fluffy is a gorgeous boy who the vets think is about 6 years old. He has been super friendly from day one, although more nervous around men and youngsters so would probably best suit an adult only household or one with older children. He is very keen to venture outside so would need a garden, away from busy roads, to explore. He loves to lay around close by his humans and have cuddles whenever possible and enjoys to be groomed but is not really interested in toys or playing.
He loves his food and is not fussy what he is given as long as it's not too late. If you forget (or go near his food bowl without filling it) he'll surely let you know! He seems quite interested in other dogs and cats so may fit in with other pets if they are accepting of a newbie.

Andy and Saint
Foster in BristolAndy and Saint were found as older kittens who hadn't had much contact with humans and they've been a bit of a project!
They've lived with us for two months and it's been quite a journey. They really didn't want to know us for the first month but in the last few weeks have changed their minds about humans and really come out of their shells and love to hang out.
Saint, the tortie, is the tamest one. She loves to sit on my lap on the sofa and enjoys a snuggle in bed, having a fuss made of her. She'll return the love with a very loud purr. Andy is much shyer, but he'll let you stoke him in return for a treat. I think with a bit more time he could be a lap cat but for the time-being he's happy to hang out at a distance.
They absolutely adore each other so come as a pair. They would be suited to a more rural location because Andy is so timid and nervous and wouldn't be safe in a built-up area and because of this they wouldn't be good around children. As I have mentioned, it has been quite a journey with them and are still work in progress so their adopted parents would need to be around a lot and continue working with them.
Every little milestone is so rewarding with shy cats - anyone up for a challenge?!

Lula
Foster in BristolMeet Lula: cuddly, loving, inquisitive. She tries to help when you’re reading the paper 
and is always keen to know what’s behind all the doors. She’s had a bit of a rough time and worries about being left alone for longer periods and can still be a bit jumpy at sudden noises, but she is the best cuddle buddy and loves nothing more than an evening on a cosy lap. She’s playful and a big fan of a good brushing - just the sight of the brush gets her purring. She also likes to help when you're working.
