He’s an inquisitive, highly intelligent boy, about a year old, who has figured out how to open several of the doors in our house! He loves attention and especially loves to play, but as an ex-street-kitty he hasn’t learned not to use his claws and can be defensive if he’s touched in the wrong place. He enjoys sitting in a lap and having his chin rubbed, but his absolute favourite spot is snoozing above the radiator and watching the world out the window!
He likes to be in the same room as his people and would be happiest in a home with someone who can spend time with him but also respect his boundaries. He does not get along with other cats and would suit a home with no other pets or children and he’d love a garden away from busy roads.
Neutered, chipped, vaccinated plus comes with 5 weeks free insurance. Neo does appear to be a flu carrier and has flare ups when he’s stressed – BWCR will cover the cost of any treatments needed at Fernlea vets in Kingswood or Hanham but he usually just shakes it off after few days.

Cherry & Hazel & Willow
Foster in Bristol Meet the Treesome! Cherry (black) Hazel and Willow were trapped along with six others at Avonmouth. They were living in a very unsafe location and one of the other six got hit by a vehicle and had to have his leg amputated. The six were very lucky though as one of the finders adopted all of them. The Treesome are about a year old now and have come on in leaps and bounds during the last few weeks! Willow will give you a gentle nip to get attention whereas Cherry is vocal and little Hazel is very polite and just rubs up against you for attention, they are all purr machines when being fussed.
They are still a bit timid when meeting new people but will be so rewarding once settled in their new home. They love to race around playing together and are very bonded so need to stay together, they have no road sense so will ideally need a rural location.

Honour and Elsa
Foster in Bristol Honour and Elsa are brother and sister
about 2 1/2 years old , they have been in foster care for about 6 months so we have got to know them quite well. . They must stay together as they love each other very much.
They have always been indoor cats but are desperate to explore the outdoors , they have no road sense so would need a garden away from busy roads .
They had previously lived with young childen but were not happy so they will need an adult only quiet household. They love being with you or near you but also like their own space. Honour is a handsome loving boy when he trusts you, he is a bit scared of people he doesn’t know , he may hide , he is a lap cat if you have a nice cosy blanket on your lap . He loves to play and loves his food .
Elsa is a quiet shy girl , (has a cute black smudge on her nose) she isn’t a lap cat but when she trusts you she will come and sit nearby . She loves to play with her foam ball especially at bed time when she becomes very vocal .Once they trust you they will love you they just need some time to settle. Else did initially suffer from stress cystitis but has been ok for months now - BWCR would cover the cost of any flare ups at Fernlea vets but hopefully she'll continue to be fine now she's no longer trapped in a flat with screaming children.

Carrot
Foster in Bristol Carrot was found dumped in a box and thankfully handed into one of our vets by a good samaritan.
Introducing Carrot! This little ginger pocket rocket is approx 1 years old, he is a fun and playful cat who is interested in everything. He is well socialised, really loves playing chase with his toys (he is definitely a mouser!), is happy to be picked up and stroked, but sometimes forgets himself in the moment so he wouldn’t be suitable for younger children (under 10).
He is also very comfortable sleeping on your lap or having a cwtch before bedtime. He would thrive in a busy household with older children who understand how cats play. We are unsure of how he is with dogs but appears nervous when he hears them.
He would love a garden away from busy roads.
